Skull Glam Nails Policy
- Appointment Scheduling:
– All services are encouraged to book appointment. Walk-ins may be accommodated if time permits, but appointments are prioritized. A $15 deposit is required and is applied to the day of your appointment.
– Clients can schedule appointments through Skull Glam Nails website, text message, WhatsApp, or social @skullglamnails.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
– We understand that unexpected situations arise. Clients are requested to provide at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
– Repeated cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
- Punctuality:
– Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure the best service experience.
– If a client is excessively late than 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
- Health and Safety:
– Skull Glam Nails operates in compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement policies that promote the well-being of both customers and nail technician.
– Sanitation and hygiene are of utmost importance. All tools and equipment used are properly sterilized and disinfected after each use.
– Clients with nail infections or open wounds on their hands or feet will be asked to reschedule their appointment until the issue is resolved.
- Design and Service Requests:
– Clients are welcome to bring in nail art inspirations or design ideas to discuss with the nail technician.
– Service customizations or changes should be communicated at the beginning of the appointment.
- Payment and Gratuity:
– Payment is due at the end of the service. We accept paypal, vary digital payment methods, cash.
– Gratuity for our nail technicians is greatly appreciated but entirely optional.
- Nail Products and Allergies:
– Clients with known allergies to specific nail products should inform the nail technician before the service.
- Warranty and Refund Policy:
– Skull Glam Nails services are covered by a warranty of 5 days from the date of the procedure. Redo requests must be made by contacting Skull Glam Nails directly. If during this time with the service something happened you can notify us, provide photos and video evidence of damage, and our nail tech will fix everything at no additional charge to you at the nearest and most convenient time after your treatment.
– Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if a client is dissatisfied, they can request a redo service within five days of the original appointment.
- Personal Belongings:
– Skull Glam Nails is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings brought into the premises.
- Intoxication Policy:
– For the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be intoxicated.
- Code of Conduct:
– We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
